3. Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our website or official customer service channels.

Payment in full is required at the time of order to confirm processing.

4. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check details to avoid delays.

Standard delivery hours are 9:00am to 1:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Requests for specific delivery times may incur an additional charge.

We cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather or courier disruptions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations requested within 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of our products and order processing timelines.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Orders cancelled within the eligible time frame

• Items damaged in transit (photographic evidence required)

• Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to lack of stock

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods.
